Great service, quick turnaround. They even buffed out a pretty gnarly scratch on my car free of charge while working on the main repair. While I hope to never to need auto body work anytime soon, if I do I’d happily return.

As you can see from damage picture I avoid hitting a deer I swerved and hit a pole on side of my car. Caldwell Collision did an excellent, wonderful, and marvelous job on my car it looks like I got it out of the dealership! I highly recommend this place for the great job they did!

Caldwell Repair in Caldwell, NJ did an excellent job on repairing a damaged fender on my car, and fixing a door that wouldn't open wide enough after a collision, but I was disappointed to see that a rust spot on the passenger side was still there.

What a terrible experience for my gf. I guess i am slightly to blame for not letting us be disrespected. Everyone was ok there besides the secretary. Apparantly being a customer and asking a simple question allows her to be EXTREMELY rude and talk to you like crap. Yes i flew off the handle and made it worse but they refused service after that. If you go to this place just expect bad customer service. Looks like the secretary cant handle the work load and takes it out on customers. Honestly sorry not sorry. They are jam packed anyway..take it somewhere where they know how to treat their customers.

I can't say enough good about Caldwell Collision. My repairs were meticulous and they are so caring, professional, and one on one with information and insurance info. I asked Eddie to take the sign off my car that said "hit me" as I have had 3 people hit me, not my fault!! Thank you Tommy and Eddie!!

i will tell you after backing into a car i was devastated regarding my new car damage - a honda civic sport lease- i am a woman and i know nothing about how much this repair would cost started out at 1650 and if they found anything else it could cost more 2nd estimate 1300 plus if they find anything the cost could increase. i went to one more place for estimate similar situation.when i went to caldwell collision- tommy gave me one price $800 nothing about if he finds something else it could cost more - the car came out perfect and nothing was detected at my dealership- honestly i have done the work on getting quotes and north jersey collision is the only place i would go & if you are in a jam this is the place to go to literally smooth out your problem.you will get exceptional service at a fair price.
