I had such a wonderful experience with Edible Arrangements - store 814 in Caldwell. Tina was absolutely wonderful. She helped guide me in my selection and took the time make my arrangement look absolutely beautiful. The customer care I received from Tine was outstanding and I will certainly be returning to place future orders at this location. Additionally, I was impressed that the driver, Luis, took time to call me and clarify the delivery notes I had left on my order. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

I had such a wonderful experience with Edible Arrangements! My hubby got me a chocolate covered strawberry platter for my birthday! It was the most beautiful platter of chocolate-covered strawberries, and it was absolutely perfect. Not only did it look stunning, but every single strawberry was incredibly fresh and tasted amazing. You can truly tell they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in their presentation.
On top of that, my husband said the customer service was top-notch—friendly, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and easy. I couldn’t be happier with my order. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be ordering again!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Edible Arrangements at 349 Bloomfield Av in New Jersey… and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I walked in, the store manager’s exceptional leadership was evident. She greeted me warmly, attentively listened to all my needs, && guided me through their diverse selection of fruit arrangements and chocolate-dipped treats, YUM. Their professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made the selection process enjoyable and stress-free. 🙏🏼
The delivery service was equally impressive. The driver demonstrated remarkable dedication by ensuring my order arrived promptly and in pristine condition. Their courteous demeanor && attention to detail reflected the store’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
The arrangement itself was a masterpiece—fresh, beautifully presented, & delicious. It was evident that the manager took great pride in her craft, delivering products that delight both the eyes & the palate.
In summary, the outstanding service provided by both the manager & the delivery driver at Edible Arrangements made my experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking high-quality products paired with exceptional customer service.

Wow!!! Today I walked in to this location randomly and needed something last minute for my kids teachers and an angel who worked there, I believe she was the manager and was already so busy, took all my worries away, came up with a beautiful arrangement and was so beyond kind to me.
I live walking distance and I’m forever going back.

THE WORSTReached out dozens of times for the past 2 weeks in regards to issues I had regarding an order and NOBODY has gotten back to me like they said. They also promised a refund to me 11 days ago and I haven't gotten anything. I'm going to post about it on social media and I'll post the links for anyone curious about my experience. Until then, save yourself the headache and your money.

Best service I ever had. The manager of edible arrangements in Caldwell Tina is the best she took her time to help me with my order. The fruit was fresh and good done the same day. my husband love the gift thank you so much . Will be coming back to caldwell from now on.

I must acknowledge the young Lady Brendda that greeted me when I stepped into the Bloomfield Ave location on 7/31/23. Around 10:15..what a nice surprise, my 1st time stopping in..Brenda welcomed me with a nice smile asked me how may I help you and proceeded to walk me through the process..she even whent beyond to make me feel comfortable..I am also in the customer care service and have no problem stepping up to commend this pleasant young Woman..Thank you Brendda, I will be Back..Your New Friend, Frank B.
