I went to the FedEx center on Sunday to drop off a package, only to be told that they weren’t accepting packages that day. How can a company that prides itself on being a 24/7 logistics leader refuse service on a Sunday? It’s incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially when time-sensitive deliveries are at stake. This lack of service completely defeats the purpose of being a round-the-clock operation. Very disappointed with the poor customer service at this location.

Website advises of package drop off 7 days per week. Brought a package on a Sunday and was told I had to come back during the week.

Unfortunately, this store seems to be understaffed a lot. There is almost never a person at the photo/FedEx counter and good luck finding someone. Often times the wait for checkout is long as well.
