I had a great experience with North Jersey Collision, and I can't thank Bob enough for his help. After an accident that left my front right fender looking pretty rough, I was doubtful that it could be repaired to its former state. From the moment the tow truck dropped my car off at their location, Bob took over and made the entire process incredibly smooth.
The expertise was evident as they walked me through the repair process and assured me that the damage could be fixed. True to his word, the fender now looks like new—so much so that you'd never guess it had been in an accident. The entire process was seamless, and their customer service was top-notch.

I had an exceptionally positive experience getting my Acura repaired at North Jersey Collision last month. Bob was extremely patient and helpful in reviewing the damages to my car and gave me a quote that seemed too good to be true! And to my delight and surprise, my vehicle was repaired to near perfection while costing me roughly 1/3rd of what others had quoted. I had the most amazing experience at North Jersey Collision. Bob and Phil were so nice, helpful and all around amazing! I got rear ended and the back right side of my car was completely smashed in and scratched. I also had key marks on my car. They took care of everything and my car looks brand new. There wasn't a single scratch left and they even got it detailed for me! I had my car back in no time and it looks fantastic! The attention to detail and customer care is absolutely phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend North Jersey Collision and will only take my car here from now on! I’ve never had better service in my life!

I have never had better service from another Auto Body shop. The assistance was through the charts and North Jersey Collision in Caldwell, NJ got me the best price for my repairs. They cleaned up my car after as well and I felt like I was treated way better than I ever have been compared to any other shop. 5 stars.

Went to four different places for estimates and North Jersey Collision was by far the best price. Very friendly and polite. My car was done within three days and it looks amazing. Highly recommend this place for any type of body work.

This is by far not the best body shop I have been too. They have taken over two weeks to fix my car when they told me a week and now I just called to see when it would be done and they told me another week and a half. I will never go back there. The owner is completely disrespectful and showed now help or respect to his own customers.
