“Another reason why you should shop local! Bought a few 5 gallons of paint a week ago. They told me as long as it's not opened. I can return anything I don't use. As you know a 5 gallon bucket of paint is quite heavy. I went to return 1 gallon and I could not find parking in front and there was no way I was getting it in my self from parking elsewhere. Called the store and they told me that they have a parking lot in the back and told me exactly how to get there off of Personette. 15 years I've been coming here and I have never known they had a lot in the back so a good FYI for everybody to know. I get there and the gentleman was waiting out back for me with a cart. I can never say enough good things about this store. They are always very helpful and they always go out of their way and this is why you should always shop local especially for paint at Paintland!!!”

“I am constantly at the Ace Store in Caldwell, and always find the staff to be courteous and helpful no matter how small or large a project I'm working on. I believe a lot of the credit can be given to the manager Greg, whom seems to have endless energy in his quest to keep seasonal displays moving, the store cleaned, and well stocked. There have been a few occasions where Greg has even offered the availabilty to order, and deliver, specialty items that may not be in his store at the moment but available upon request. I was just finishing working on another home project, when I thought of all the help the staff and especially Greg have offered me over the years, that I had to stop and make sure everyone knew what a pleasure it is to have this store and people like Greg only a few blocks a way from my next project.
