“We have happily been long-time customers of Carol and the rest of the crew at Pupcake Grooming for 10+ years. The staff are professional, and kind, and definitely develop a fondness for your pets in a way that make you feel good about leaving them in their care for a few hours. The prices are reasonable in comparison to peers and the cut/shampoo smell are consistently excellent.
I sadly use the past tense because we recently had to change our groomer to accommodate the health needs of our 15-year-old handicapped shih tzu who has developed heart issues. It was actually Carol who gently guided me towards the decision that I would have greater peace of mind with him in the care of a veterinary-type facility who could deal with potential medical emergencies. I didn’t even know where to start, but Carol’s daughter, a member of the staff, thought of that too and recommended a nearby vet that also had on-site groomers specifically to accommodate animals with health considerations. I was so grateful for their compassion, knowledge, and selflessness in giving up our business for the betterment of our pet. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.”

We received weekly photos of our kitten and she always took the time to answer every question we had. She kept us informed at every step of the process, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Now that our kitten (now cat) is home, we couldn’t be happier. He is amazing—healthy, sweet, and exactly what we hoped for. I am so impressed with the level of care, transparency, and professionalism we received. Highly recommend!”

“Stopped in to pick up some favorite treats for my Mia at Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming in Glen Rock NJ. I’ve been looking for a better Kimble for her and have someone explain the benefits of the brand in great detail was a plus, I felt comfortable with my purchase and the change for Mia. “I don't often post reviews unless I find a place that is exceptional at there specialty. I was referred to Warren at Sea Level Aquarium by another saltwater supplier back when I was setting up my first saltwater aquarium. I was told that Warren is amongst the most knowledgeable people for both coral and saltwater fish. Since I first come to Sea Level, I have never been disappointed. Warren has been nothing short of patient and professional. While he owns the place he does not put sales in front of good advise. He is extremely knowledgeable and at every turn more than willing to share his thoughts. He and his staff are constantly willing to go the extra mile to make sure you and your tank are a success.”

“Was able to take my baby to bullyzone for her grooming service. i wanted something different and not just a basic shave down like how most other grooming places do. she normally hates going to the groomers and i always hear her barking non stop but with bullyzone she was perfectly calm and relaxed despite there had been other dogs ahead.
She’s a senior as well so i was worried she’d feel sick but she came out feeling and looking better than ever! will definitely come again, if you want something unique and different for your fluffy friend bullyzone is the perfect spot with the best pet care!

“The lady that was working today was very nice and personable! I enjoyed talking with her and about different options to feed my leopard gecko. I never gave my gecko a dubia roach and she was telling me about it and I got 1 to try and my gecko as the it so fast 😂. I was surprised since he never had one before! So next time I'm in that area I will be stopping by again! They have great prices for the crickets and other bugs compared to other pet stores!”

JOHN THE MANAGERS SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME WITH ME, AND I FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, AND THEN HE CARRIED IT TO MY CAR. HE WAS SO HELPFUL.I TOLD HIM THAT MY CAT WOULD BE VERY HAPPY. I DIDN'T KNOW HOW MUCH HE LOVED ANIMALS BUT I DID FIND OUT THAT HE HAS Many pets! Xavier checked me out, andi also was very courteous and suggested a few things.
I highly recommend the Totowa store.
Many of the people waiting to check out, had their pets with them. And you could tell, I thought this was a place where pets were loved.?
