For the past several years ( even with new brakes from another mechanic) my brakes squeaked. My car was due for a new set and boy am I glad I chose Precision Motors. They were able to get me in and out within a day and NO MORE SQUEAKY BRAKES!!!!

This is the only place that does BCM programming. That is a major plus in my books. You need direct contacts with dealers to be able to do this kind of work on newer cars. Kenny and Suraj worked on my 2021 chevy and activated my fog lights. The work was a quick turn around. I'm very pleased with the his "upper class of work" Precision Motors. You may pay a bit more vs the other junk yard hack jobs you can find somewhere else. But, here you are paying for quality work. They get to the root of the problem and very knowledgeable. Kenny and his employees has always shown me nothing but being polite and professional. - I will keep going only to Kenny's Precision Motors.

Ken and the guys at precision motors are the best. I have a 2016 bmw x1 and I get all of my work done here. I was recommended by a friend that has been going there for 20 years and I trust them and the quality of work they do

Suraj has bad customer service skills. He is very rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure if he is this way with certain people, but when you're working for others and this is NOT your business, the way you treat people can either help the business or bring the business down. Customers make businesses possible, but when you're not the business owner, you can care less about how you treat the customers. Suraj needs to go back to the basics and learn how to talk and treat customers or just stick to what he is there for - be the MECHANIC!

Stay away. They said I needed a bogus repair. When I kept insisting what actually needed to be done they talked down to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Then they finally did what I asked and it solved the problem. After I paid, they told me I owed them more money for parts. Turns out that they charged me what they actually paid for the part without their $200 mark-up...but they still wanted their mark-up. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away.

My issue is with Kyle before he was part of this business.This to inform new customers about integrity. Just consider if you want to do business with a dishonest person.He sold me a wrecked car and didn’t say a word about a salvaged title.Found out when I received title in the mail.I researched every avenue to make it right but had no luck he got away with this one. Keep this in mind when doing business with Precision Motors.
