Anna was very nice, and I feel bad leaving this review, but, she definitely should not have booked this appointment when she obviously does not do many lash lifts. I have gotten many previously, but this was my first time from Skin by Anna. When I left, my lashes were still glued together in clumps, I got in the car and cried because they looked horrible and I thought they were stuck together. I ended up going home and cleaning them more with water and a q tip which got the glue off (not sure why I needed to do this and they weren't properly cleaned before I left), and some of my lashes were seared off.. I went in with very long full lashes and left with gaps and it doesn't even look like I got a lift. I am leaving 3 stars because I don't want to hurt her business and think she probably does a great job with her other services, but I would not recommend going here for a lift.Service: Lash lift

After almost 8 months virtually teaching multiple virtual Pilates classes per day and no massages, my body was pretty beat up. I called Melissa and she got me a sports massage appointment with her masseuse, Chris Santos. He did an incredible job working on my strained and knotted muscles. He incorporated deep stretching which also helped alleviate so much pain.

I've been having bad luck with getting my eyebrows done. Turns out unless you go to a trusted eyebrow professional you won't have great brows. I went to see Melissa for the 1st yesterday and she is AMAZING! My brows look fab. I can't wait to see how they turn out after she done with all the correcting. I won't be going anywhere else from now on!

Very knowledgeable when it comes to skin treatments, will definitely come back. She doesn't try to push you into buying any particular products, I appreciate that. Very open, straightforward and friendly.
