“I have used Hickory Run Family Practice for over 20 years now and have always been well taken care of. Obviously, they are very busy and pressed for time but all the doctors and nurses have always taken the time to answer my questions and explain their diagnostics and why they ended with it. Also, the clerical staff is very kind and helpful. All of these make me feel good and more connected with my doctor and nurse and I value that.”

“I haven’t been to the dentist in 7 years. I was terrified to go back because of previous experiences with rude, aggressive, careless, and greedy dentists. This faculty completely changed my mind. They made sure to keep me in the loop at all times even narrating the cleaning. They never let any information fly over my head and they really do care about your dental heath. They explained the severity of each cavity in a way I could understand without pressuring me to get more work done than necessary. Dr Harbor Dr Darcy and Christine at the front desk (as well as the assistant nurse i forget her name) all made me feel so welcome and comfortable when I was afraid they’d be judgmental and greedy, but they are all so thoughtful and make sure you’re taken care of”
“Dr. Patel.. please keep him at all cost. He actually listens to you and speak to YOU. Not a bunch of book jargon. He just speaks to you like he cares. I love this place. My family and I have been going to this Washington location for a while. So many good doctors although they don’t stay. My newest fave is Dr. Patel. He’s excellent and I know he is not permanent but I wish he was . Now if we can just get the front desk to answer the phones more lol. Wonderful place overall.”
