Please, if you do not have enough nurses to do your triage and you don't have enough doctors to care for your patients...cut down on the patient load. Waiting for 12 hours twice in one week for a return call from 8 am in the morning until 5 or 6 pm at night is unprofessional and uncaring. The cost of Healthcare in this country demands better service than this.

I’ve always had a lovely experience up until recently. A year ago I was having fevers of 101-103 every night (that I had documented) and when I went in they were stumped. Now that’s not a problem but after a few visits the nurses I had got very rude and started sounding like they didn’t believe my symptoms. One doctor basically said that my fevers were being caused by hormones and asking when my next period was due. I was absolutely appalled and didn’t come back for a follow up appointment and shortly after that had a seizure. The last time I was there the nurses were openly talking about another patient and making jokes about him. It was absolutely disgusting and im glad to say I’m never coming back.

We’ve had a very positive experience from the front desk to the doctors. We never have to wait long in the waiting room or in the patient room. The doctors include us in our medical decisions and are always willing to discuss options.

If you want an appointment make it three months in advance. On the other hand the staff are nice!

Always a comforting place to go from the front desk to the nurse and doctor.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. i didn't have to wait in the waiting room, went right in for vitals and the doctor came in immediately. it was my first visit and my doctor answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this office!

There are some good doctors here, but the front office staff can be nasty. I had to change out the mask I was wearing for no reason-- it was a handmade, 2-ply mask that I wash frequently. The one they gave me was hardly different and incredibly hot. Evidence is emerging that even substandard masks allow a little bit of ye olde covid in, which creates a positive immune response. But some people are domestic tyrants, and no one is a hero/heroine simply because they work in a profession (first responder, healthcare, etc.) and events randomly happen (terrorism, pandemic). But the American narrative, oversimplified of course, it to lionize some people and demonize others. Hickory Run uses a patient portal but for some reason you can't set up an appointment in the portal, so they are a bit backwards/backwoods. The healthcare is decent.

Appointments are always available and I never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. The nurses are very friendly and the doctors listen to all your concerns. I never feel rushed and everything is explained clearly. Always a pleasant experience.
