The employee named Omar should be sent to charm school.

The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens is the best around. They are very patient, informative, accommodating, and understanding. They also seem to have more medications in stock and the ability to order meds that other pharmacies tell me they can't guarantee getting. I go out of my way to have Califon Walgreens handle my family's prescriptions.Today's retail pharmacists are under so much pressure, being required to do numerous other jobs than actually dispensing medications. Maybe you've heard of pharmacist walkouts and unionizing around the country? This is why. Some negative reviews here deny the customer's responsibility to behave appropriately and show no consideration for the demands on the pharmacists in today's profit-driven health industry. When you mix up your appointment times, walk in after hours, or are on your phone, the pharmacist has every right to ask you to comply with the rules. The staff here is amazing-- very helpful and gracious, period.

Pharmacy is a circus show. They never have prescriptions ready, always a hassle and staff is just unbearably rude.

I love this pharmacy. The pharmacists go above and beyond to help with any issues with my prescriptions. With a shortage of certain medicines and sometimes difficulties getting in timely contact with Drs, this customer service attitude (which I have not seen in their competitors) is deeply appreciated !!

This Walgreens is a breath of fresh air from other pharmacies I've been to. The employees are attentive and professional, I've always had a pleasant experience here so far. Even though it's not the closest pharmacy for me to go to, it's never felt like an inconvenience coming here - and that is worth recognizing!

Very rude night pharmacy staff. Arrived 5 minutes after pharmacy "closing time," desperate to pick up our son's meds (never got Walgreen's notification they were ready, after he was discharged from the hospital). The man walking out of the "closed" pharmacy refused to help, and told us to call another pharmacy to have RX filled. Will be taking all of our family's prescriptions to another more compassionate pharmacy from now on. Don't go here if you life depends on it.

Today I went for my covid test and I got my appointment date mixed up. I was the only person in line at the drive thru and they wouldn't allow me to get tested. The woman at the window was nice but the other female who must have been in charge was a tyrant and wouldn't allow me to get the test unless I waited an hour and 15 minutes...but there was nobody else there in line! Some people are just miserable and should find a new job.

Pharmacy tech with tattoos was rude and had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Asked a question and she snapped at me.If your insecure baby, just say that.

Califon, NJ is an outpost, so most businesses are the only game in town, so they can rise to their own mediocrity. Walgreens is no different. One thing they really suck at is having the price of an item match up with what's listed on the shelf and what rings up at the register. This has been a problem for years. The pharmacy is decent and has a higher-caliber, more educated staff than the store employees. But the place is well-lit and warm in the winter and clean, so that's good, and they have a sensible mask policy (only wear if you're an unvaxed covidiot). Overall, the store has the ol' "room for improvement."

Friendly staff. The store could be bit cleaner and more organized (not as nice as other Rite Aid stores that I've been to). It's probably due for a remodel. Prices are standard big drug store prices. Pharmacy is solid with good inventory and pharmacists who are attentive. Drive thru pharmacy is convenient.

Was on an important business phone call closing a deal with my client. I was standing in line patiently for 3-5 minutes to then be told I wouldn't be helped until I was off my phone call. I'm sorry I can ask him to hold for a second, and talk to you without being rude. You didn't have to rudely yell at me to hang up my phone or I wouldn't be helped infornt of other customers who just came into line. That was the only reason she initiated a conversation of “I won't be helped until I'm off the phoneâ€. I also know there are no signs dictating the use of cell phones while in line because I checked for them.. For this to be something to receive a reprimand about you need to have signs dictating your rules. Thanks for making me hang up on a deal that was worth more than this store. There's only two nice employees here, the manager who is always awesome to me and angel? Who is also always amazing. get friendly staff who can communicate appropriately with your customers so they come back. I know after today I will rather drive 25 extra minutes out of the way just to avoid having to use your services again. Thanks for ruining my buisness deal by being rude.

the rite aid is the only place within miles to grab coco puffs at 9:45 when a craving hits hard, and the workers are always friendly and helpful (i may have let go of a few balloons i had blown up there for a birthday, and instead of dirty looks, they actually got a ladder and spent 15 minutes getting those bad boys down for me) i have nothing but praise for the staff. the pharmacy however, is another world. one where rudeness, judgmental comments and unprofessional attitudes from the staff are the norm. i've switched to a mom & pop and couldn't be more pleased. as much as i hate to sound crass, i refuse to be belittled by a pharmacy-tech who thinks they are a doctor (or perhaps god)
