Would’ve gave them 5 stars if they didn’t have a broken battery checker and if they didn’t lie about their cheapest battery and try to upsell me. Their setting is also very unprofessional lots of inappropriate side convos from staff and nobody looks happy to be there.
But thank you to Anthony K. who replaced my battery for me fast and without hassle or complaint.

I bought a battery here in 2022. The clerk never added my phone number for the purchase so it would be tied to my acct for the warranty. Fast forward to 2024 and the battery died with a year still left on its warranty This location would not help me out. Went to another Autozone a few minutes away and they had it figured out in 5 minutes. Just goes to show their level of incompetence at this store

Worse store in the city.. they don’t hire black people.. they don’t kno about cars .. just a Hispanic family members that gave each other a job .. once they step away from that front computer they don’t know a thing about cars ..everytime they make me wait long I send crackheads in to get my stuff free

This store gives great customer service each time I walk into the store. It’s hard to come by people that actually want to help you out and do their jobs but this staff does it without hesitation!

The Experience here at AutoZone was wonderful they have great staff Gigi and Tamera who was very helpful and providing great and excellent service when I needed it the most so I wanted to give them a five-star not to go into much detail but to speak highly of their customer service

So I came 10 minute before closing and it was already closing, and I called the store and told them why were they closing 10 minute before, and they said that they have no more money when I could pay with card, and the lady just told me to have a nice night and hung up, I was so mad, never shopping there again..
