Lady who works the front is weird and unnessecarily aggressive. Digged through the trash to get my receipt out for a starbucks drink and gummies that i bought from the starbucks register. Didn't realize you could pay for stuff at one register and not the just the different registers where the stuff are located. Otherwise I would have been more tactful instead of buying stuff from other registers. No one else at the store asked to see a receipt. It seems embarassment was the only thing she was trying to accomplish out of that interaction. Though I believe it says more about her than anything else. Will try to avoid shopping here if i can. Even if i need other textbooks 🙄. Yikes... The student faculty were friendly and helpful though

I had to run here to get a gift card for a family member. Was a very dreary day weather wise but staff was polite and facility was clean.

If I could give them a zero I would. They are the worse. I ordered books in September, they didn’t arrive until November! I immediately tried to return them at my campus but the Camden bookstore won’t accept them since they came from New Brunswick bookstore. What the actual heck, it’s the same university!! Why make book rentals so complicated. I only had 30 days from the purchase date to return them. Yet, no one responded to my inquiry about my September order. When I asked for a return label, they said it wouldn’t be available until the end of the semester. NOW, they aren’t offering return labels and I must ship them at my own cost!!! I’m disgusted.

The staff is super helpful, and the textbook and school sprit selection is stellar! This is yet another great Rutgers-Camden shop, when you need supplies, and have some cash/ RUExpress on hand.
