I have lived her for 3 years and I will be moving out after this year but I just wanted to say how nice and welcoming the victor has been for the past 3 years. When I moved into my new apartment after graduating from high school it was a new process. Pat at the front desk made the entire transition incredibly smooth. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. Moving into a new place can be stressful, but Pat went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. He patiently walked me through the check-in process, answered all my questions, and even provided helpful tips about the building and neighborhood. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with anything I needed made a huge difference. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making residents feel comfortable, but Pat does just that. Thanks to him, what could have been an overwhelming move-in experience turned into an easy and positive one. If you’re moving into this building, you’re in great hands with Pat at the front desk!

I have lived in the building for close to three years and I have to say, it is not a perfect experience but I still look forward to coming home. I think part of the reason is our concierge manager Patrick. Every building should have a Patrick. He is a problem solver and a good ambassador for the building. It has made the small headaches I have had diminish without me having to exert a lot of energy.

I was trying to move in and Monique and Patrick at the front desk were very helpful with getting me contact with who I needed and aiding me when and wherever they could.
And the leasing agents Henry and Jadixon were very helpful with explaining my lease and helping me prepare to move in.

I recently had the pleasure of touring The Victor, and I couldn't be more impressed. The building is absolutely stunning—modern, and beautifully maintained. Each apartment is well-designed with plenty of natural light. Danielle, who we spoke to on the phone, made us feel right at home and ensured we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision.
If you're looking for a beautiful apartment in a good location with excellent service, I highly recommend checking out The Victor. Thanks again to Danielle for making our experience so enjoyable!

What can I say other than The Victor has to be the best apartment building. Truly the best-kept secret in NJ, all of the staff members are phenomenal, professional, eager to help tenants at a moment's notice, and actually take their positions seriously. Patrick, Connie, Cindy, and the rest of the staff always greet me with the warmest welcome. I am so happy my fiancé, our dog (very pet-friendly build), and I chose to live at The Victor, the jewel of Camden.

Beautiful historic building with exceptional staff. I have toured this building and some units and they are absolutely astonishing! Not only are they roomy and affordable but the 17’ ceilings are a dream for apartments compared to what’s normally on the market nowadays. And the views are like no other. The lead Concierge Patrick is such a sweet and warm person. I immediately felt welcomed and he was so very informative. Wonderful place!

Patrick took me on a tour of the building, the facilities were really nice and clean. He took the time to point out a lot of interesting history and characteristics of the building, the great amenities, and even the best spots to watch fireworks! He has a great relationship with those that live there, everyone we passed was excited to see him and left with a smile on their face. Truly a great asset to the team!

My friends live at The Victor and everytime I visit the beauty and ambience of the building and apartments always hits me. The high ceilings, the staff, the spacious layouts, it’s all full luxury, and a two minute walk to the water which is also pretty cool.

Patrick, the head concierge, gave me a beautiful tour of the building. He’s really great, knows everyone who passed by us and greeted them with a smile and wave. Definitely coming back

The Victor is a great place to live. The staff is extremely helpful. From the maintenance staff to the concierge, everyone wants to make sure that you have a good experience in the building. The building itself is beautiful and so is the gym. Living here is great and I highly recommend people who commute into Philly or work at Cooper, Rutgers to live in this building.

I love living at the Victor. It’s a very warming and friendly place. Danielle the new landlord has been an amazing help and very easy to talk to. She cares about the tenants and it’s great to feel cared about.

I scheduled a virtual tour today for 9am and when I called someone put me on hold for 10 mins and then hung up. I called back several times and it goes straight to voicemail. I guess they don’t actually want any tenants.
