So I went in to my file my taxes today and I must say, after having not filed my taxes in a few years I was a little nervous going in because I didn't know what to expect. Long story short, I ended up having a great experience thanks to the Assistant Manager Jahaira Ramirez. She was very knowlegable & transparent in helping me understand my tax situation. I told her I would get on here & leave 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She was awesome!

Jaharia did our taxes and was very pleasant. She broke down each number and explain each box. She gave us tax advice for the next year. The office was also kid friendly with a box of toys and tv. That was extremely thoughtful. As we did it our taxes my two toddlers was able to play and watch tv. She was very personal able. Will recommend her

To whom this may concern im writing this review been going to ? for quite sometime and always get great customer service and no they didn't pay me to write. Manager Trish paved the way I forgot the lady name who prepared me and my daughter taxes but phenomenal..Thanks again for your service..
