The man behind the desk was very helpful in diagnosing my problem. Their new online system was great in allowing me to accept or reject labor and parts. This let me know exactly what I'm paying for. Overall, great experience.

I am not a person who leaves a review, but this is one I feel I need to.
I have a classic car that was sitting too low in the front. It was so bad I had trouble driving it on unknown roads where I didn’t know the bumps… that is not a joke. I tried everything, spring lifters which fell out, new shocks did nothing. I went back to original springs because when I bought it the person lowered the car… why I have no idea.
I took it to 3 different places nobody could help. So one Olof the ppl in that I met at Cars and coffee and then again at a car show mentioned Schimpfs Garage in Somerdale. He said they are front end specialists amongst other things. So I made my appointment and went in. Tommy looked at it and had a found some things that it needed. I was concerned about getting it up to the proper height. He told me what it needed.. being a classic it is not easy to find parts, so I sourced them and ordered them, and made another appointment. This is when John was there. Between John and Tommy they discussed what they thought it needed, John a told me that some of the parts I got… in his opinion were not a good fit for that car and suggested different parts… I always defer to the pros. It was supposed to be a one day project, but it is a classic and what ever time they need is fine with me, I just want it correct.
Received a phone call on the 2nd day and he was not happy with the way it looked and said “ I cannot let this leave here like that”. The next day he adjusted some of the coil risers and got it to it’s ride height. Basically with the bushings and parts they put in some I sourced and some they sourced I couldn’t be happier. No noise, no scraping of the ground, the car drives straight and it is definitely a tighter ride, where it was so loose it was irritating.
Thank you John and Tommy. I completely recommend Schimpfts. Honest, and trustworthy.

Customer service was great, and they seem to be thorough. They found the issues with my car and fixed them. I really appreciated the kindness of the gentleman at the front desk. Will come back!

Love these guys been using them for approximately the last two years. What a great find !!!spectacular. They’re there when they say they’re gonna be there. Excellent service. The owner is always on top of everything. He returns your calls no matter what time of day or what time of night there’s no service center out there like them thanks John.
