Carmen was the sales rep who assisted me with my purchase. She is a true representation of exceptional customer service. She was so attentive, she had so much patience! She guided me by providing me with well rounded knowledge about the whole process of buying a new phone and switching carriers! Definitely looking for her again and referring people to look for Carmen!If I could do more than 5 stars, I would! Loved her!!!!
