This location for Metro PCS has a horrible customer service associate that should def be sanctioned if not fired. I would recommend the service but not from this location. She was very rude after spending an hour to process a refund for my father. I would recommend to take business else where but thankfully their customer service over the phone has always been helpful and respecful. This lady however, should never be allowed to work with people.
