Today I went to the store with a theme of changing 3 lines. From another company. To this one!! Kind lady who helped me. Everything changed when I started asking him about the cost benefit. Of the offer he offered me. I wanted the highest plan in terms of profit. In megabytes that they offered me for download and upload. Which surprises me and tells me that it is unlimited and after 500 mb. Confused, she called her supervisor who arrogantly said it was 500 MB. Unlimited. And he said that they should look it up on Google, which surprised me a lot since here in (USA) they do not train their staff on this topic. The girl interested in the topic will not explain it to her a little, since in 2 years no one talked to her about this. . I explained it to him and his supervisor got upset but they don't know how much his download network is in MB. And less about uploading, I think that users should know this since many times they pay for a service that is not received. He also couldn't tell if his service was symmetrical or asymmetrical!!!
User does not have to pay more than the cost benefit!!!!

The staff at this particular store lacks experience, they were not very helpful. I almost stopped being a metro customer.

They need to get more mature staff cause they have these young teens and very young adults who I think do not have any people skills and also are very very slow also why you have a phone number that is not in service for the store and I couldn't get a hold of anyone.
