Don’t forget read signs and keep calm moving. Park on the street than check in and than they told you go to dock , after all go back to check in office and back up to scale (your tandems should to be all the way front ) cause there is small scale ! People working hard and understanding you if you doing some issue ! Lady on check in talking very kindly , nice place !

First park your truck at walnut st. Walk to the office. They call you when dock is available. Scale is too small, so you have to move your tandems all the way forward. Got unloaded in 30-40 mins. Not bad.

I got stuck at kaign Ave with 13 feet ,u turn, n called shipper(Mary) gave me awesome directions to get there. 130 south to 646 to exit 4 then left and pass 2 lights. Turn right at stop sign about 4 blocks is their office(keep driving and on building wall it will say state metal). Walk in n get checked in and then back in to scales and make left left left to go around the building to docks and get loaded. Go back to scales again n get paperwork.

Your time is of no consequence to the employees of this establishment. Woman at shipping office is the kind that’s not satisfied unless you leave here feeling miserable just like she does (poor soul).

I had a delivery here. Read all the comments and was expecting the worst, but there is more than enough room to maneuver. The security guard and lady in the office were cool.Yes you do need to know how to back up if you’re coming here but there is more than enough room. If you don’t then you’ll leave negative comments like all the other ones. They have a small scale so slide tandems all the way forward. Unloaded in 45 minutes.

Had a pick up from here. Honestly wasn’t that bad. You park on the street, check in with the office, back into the scale after sliding the tandems all the way forward (it’s a small scale), then circle around the building and wait in line to get in the dock(there is only 1 dock open). After your loaded you go back around and back into the scale again and get your paperwork. The bad things are somewhat rude staff, and pot holes galore. Other than that not too bad.

I think how I first arrived, the loading and dispatch was fast, but the scale must be entered backwards and be careful with traffic
