ACME Markets is a supermarket with a friendly and helpful staff who care about customers and work to open additional registers when lines are long. The store offers a wide selection, including a produce department with a ton of variety and interesting vegan items. Shoppers can find an assortment of meat and seafood at the butcher block, a bakery with custom cakes, and a deli with party platters, alongside pharmacy services. While sale prices are good, many note that regular prices are high. The store layout receives some criticism for extra aisle stacks that make it hard to get around, posing a safety issue, and for new shopping carts with a lousy design that are difficult to use. Overall, it is considered a nice store with a great selection, despite the high prices on non-sale items.
