“On Monday March 2nd I proceeded to OceanFirst in CMCH to make a few deposits and also to get online banking set up for a few accounts that I manage. After making my deposits I was immediately assisted by Nicole Morris. I had spoken to her a few days earlier and I returned with some additional paperwork needed. Upon checking the accounts she found other previous people on the account. She was able to get this all straightened out quickly and after reviewing my signed agreement, she stated paperwork would go where needed tomorrow (Tuesday). The bank was busy, but I never felt rushed. I appreciate her performance and look forward to further interactions. Everyone is super at this branch and I have had no problems with anyone. I know I am leaving a few employees out, but I have been assisted by Chris, Kristine and Geo. All have been very helpful.

She was patient and understanding and extremely helpful answering all questions from me and my Son while she was opening new account My son handled most of the issues as in my old age I was completely lost. She was EXCELLENT to work with I just want to recognize her and her outstanding effort in getting my account fixed .
