Thank you CVS I'm a local and they are always very kind with a smile greet ya at door with smile 😊 and place is always clean and when you walk in very nice presentation looking around you wanna shop and see what they have and on sale thanks to all workers who take care of the CVS for us local and outta towers Thank for makeing us feel welcome helps you wanna shop and feel special on a bad day thanks again lady's and gentleman who work in CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE CVS YOU ROCK♥️♥️♥️

I get all my meds there. Everybody is very polite. Because they actually care about their job. The pharmacist is great over there and everybody working behind the pharmacy I never have to wait too long for my meds.

Pharmacy is very slow, waited in line for 30 min standing, they need to hire more people, slow, very slow, the slowest ever!!!

This pharmacy seriously needs to get it together. If a mistake is made on pharmacy’s end you will be made to wait an additional 20+ minutes. If they mistakenly fail to give you one of your scripts, you will be made to return to the front of the line where you will have to make your way to the counter to pickup the prescription that they failed to provide you the first time around. Accidents happen, but I expect the situation to be made right. I certainly don’t expect to be sent back to square one in line. Do not rely on this pharmacy to have any of your scripts ready on time, especially if you are a diabetic. You are making people ill by withholding their essential medications from them. If insulin is expected to be filled & ready for pickup by a certain date each month, I expect it to be filled & ready for pickup at that date. You can either waste half an hour of your day here cycling through the line or leave empty handed. Unreliable and inefficient.

I have been in the store four times to pick up a prescription. The line was so long that I kept leaving and coming back finally, this morning I had no choice but to wait in the line I went up to the counter. They had the prescription and they said we have to run your insurance so they sent me over to another person to run my insurance and then they told me to get back in the other line I said are you kidding me and she said to me I don’t have a register over here. I said I’m sorry that whoever set up your system didn’t know what they were doing, please transfer my prescription to Acme when I went to Acme. They said they’re getting all their patients even their doctors are telling their patients not to go there. Please don’t be aggravated has much better service.

DO SOMETHING ABOUT LACK OF CASHIER HELP. 3 EMPLOYEES OUT ON FLOOR BUT NONE CAME TO CHECK US OUT. PUT A BELL SO WE CAN LET THEM KNOW. THIS IS THE NORM AT THIS STORE. I Shouldn’t have to look for them it’s totally unacceptable. THESE IDIOTS ARE EXPECTING US TO USE SELF CHECKOUT - THEY DON’T WANT TO BE BOTHERED. NO WORK ETHICS - I ALWAYS SAY MANAGEMENT IS AT FAULT SO THEY SHOULD BE REPLACED. MAKE CVS GREAT AGAIN!

I was in the store to purchase some medication, and realized I need to use the bathroom. I asked the pharmacist where the restroom was located and she said we don’t have one. You’ll have to go to Acme or Staples. She was quite rude about it. just so you know this was the first time I’ve been treated rudely by anyone at CVS. The store is very clean and all the other locations are very nice to me. Even the other associates at the front of The store were really nice, but that pharmacist was not.
