I was there a week or so ago, totally ignored for a while. Then abruptly told to enter info to see if I had any meds. As if I should have known they had a new automated system. Which was wrong anyway. Left. 30 yrs going there. Worst experience ever. Need customer service training

It was very crowded the day i was there. It was hard to find someone to help find things. It was a large CVS.

Debra is truly an asset for your CVS. She is always Friendly and offers to assist in anyway possible. She would be a great trainer for new employees.
