“AAA told me during an inspection that I should get my brakes checked on my 22 Honda accord. Rather than have them do it I brought it to this garage to have it checked out. The guys there checked and determined that my brakes still had several thousand miles on them, and gave an explanation for a brake groaning sound that was concerning me. Rather than just charging me to replace the brakes when they didn’t need to be replaced, they were straightforward and honest, and refused any sort of additional diagnosis fee or compensation.”
