I shop in the store very frequently for majority of my life. I have been coming to Cape May for 20 years. Today I walk in the shop with my boyfriend and little sister and immediately a man, who I actually have not seen before, walks up not to greet us. Just to stare at us and make sure we were not stealing/whatever. I held my tongue because I love to shop here, but this employee needs to understand that just because people are different from him doesn’t mean they’re doing anything wrong.

I’m not the one to write reviews but the employees were so rude! Especially the owner. It’s a soap store in Cape May it’s was never that deep, acting all high and mighty at a SOAP STORE. Do better

Went here while on vacation and it was such a unique store I’ve never seen before. My sister and I had the best time curating perfumes for ourselves and are already planning a trip back to replenish.

We visited this shop last night and were told to come back the next day for Tom so he could mix a special sent of bubble bath for us. We came back the next day and Tom was nothing short of condescending and curt. Needless to say we didn’t purchase anything else and we’re disappointed we spent money there to begin with.

This was an adorable little shop in Cape May that I would’ve loved to return to. However, I cannot get past the bad customer service. It’s a really small store and the workers did not even make eye contact or say hello. Even if you have great product, you should still be warm and friendly to the people who give you business.

This was such a lovely place to visit. We had fun making our own lotions and fragrance. The staff was so helpful and patient as we went through fragrances and mixing options. I also bought the softest lounge outfit. I even found some cute stocking stuffer items. I know it was early for Christmas, but....

Made my annual trip to Bath Time for my usual scented room spray. The wide selection of products that can be customized with an amazing array of scents is certainly something special that I look forward to every year.
