Customers found the staff to be helpful, patient, and genuinely interested in helping. The store had a 50% off sale one day, and shoppers purchased beautiful sweatshirts, including matching crew necks for family trips and multiple sweatshirts for a bachelorette weekend. The quality and price of items are better than other shops visited. The staff was extremely welcoming, kind, and friendly, even during a busy time at the start of the season. One lady behind the counter was efficient, helpful with questions, sizes, and suggestions, and always served with a smile. Beach Bums is a must-do place to visit on Washington Street for souvenirs and great quality clothing. Customers will continue to return on future trips.

Happened in there today everything was 50% off. Got two beautiful sweatshirts one for my granddaughter. One for myself. The lady at the checkout was so helpful and nice. I’m sorry I did not get her name.

We’ve been in this store several times and always experienced such friendly customer service. This time was no different. The lady behind the counter was sweet and seemed genuinely interested in helping us. We’ll be back!

The woman working the evening of 5/18/24 was so kind and friendly. They also have a great collection of beach wear and Cape May themed clothing. Will continue to return on future trips.
