This is our 4th year at blue Fish and it does not disappoint. The rooms and entire place is spotless. Seriously not a cobweb or a leaf to be found. The pool is amazing, the towels are plentiful, the outdoor shower is to die for and the proprietors are helpful and kind. It's a far walk to the beach but there is a ton of free parking a block away from the beach AND you get passes for free chair and umbrella rentals which is amazing. Probably about a 1-12 minute walk into town. We already booked for next year!

We stayed over Labor Day weekend with our two dogs. It couldn’t have been a more comfortable and pleasant stay. The owners are kind and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the two room king and it was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Definitely one of the best motels that I've ever stayed. If you don't mind being a few minutes away from the beach, than make this an option. Very clean and if you want to grill, they have a nice enclosed area for that. Nice pool.

Located within walking distance or a very short drive to the outdoor mall and restaurants, and a very short walk to the beach. We were warmly greeted when checking in and with any questions we had during our stay. Room was well maintained by housekeeping on a daily basis. Plus a daily continental breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more.

What a cute little gem! The Blue Fish Inn was the perfect place for our stay in Cape May. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the pricing was refreshingly affordable. We loved the pool—it was a great way to cool off after a day at the beach. Speaking of which, it’s just a short walk to the beach, and the stroll takes you past beautiful Victorian homes.
The patio area behind the motel was a lovely surprise, with a clothesline, laundry facilities, cozy seating with patio lights, a grill, and more—everything you need for a relaxing stay. Tucked away from the hectic pace and traffic, but still close to everything Cape May has to offer. Highly recommended!

My Husband and I had a restful stay at Blue Fish Inn. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We brought our 2 small dogs with us. We would go back again.

Very clean, nice location 2 blocks from beach and the dog accommodations are the best. The hosts are very friendly and go above to service their guests.

Very clean, friendly staff and owner...definitely gonna be our place to Stay.Lena and Franco make you feel like you have been staying there for years..They remember everyone's faces and names.

We stayed at the Blue Fish Inn for a short weekend getaway. It surpassed our expectations. Our room was clean and had nice decor. Our bed was comfortable. Check in and out was easy. The grab and go continental breakfast was well stocked. Most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful. So glad we chose to stay there!

We were fortunate enough to be able to book a last minute reservation for one night over July 4th weekend in one of the dog friendly rooms. Although we were only there a short time, we had a very positive experience. The owners were helpful in answering questions and the guests that we interacted with were all very friendly to us and our pup. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The Inn itself was small, cute and very quiet at night. We hope to return for a longer time next summer.

My husband and I recently spent a weekend here and have nothing but great things to say! The room was clean and had everything we needed including towels and a refrigerator. We loved the little fountain right outside the door to our room and we enjoyed using the pool as well. The inn is located in a quiet area and within walking distance to the beach, Washington Street mall, and many amazing dining options. Lena, who greeted us when we arrived, and touched base with us during our stay, shared some ideas of places to visit as it was our first time in Cape May. We look forward to coming back soon with our children and will be sure to recommend the Blue Fish Inn to others!

I just want to say thank you to the owners for making this weekend getaway amazing! We originally were supposed to stay next door at the Madison however when we got there we were told it’s now adults only. We were with my 12yr old and went on full panic mode. Luckily, we called Blue Fish Inn and they were able to accommodate us. We met the owners and they were so welcoming and let me tell you this place is a gem. Everything in the room was clean as well as the property grounds. We are so glad we found this place. It’s very family oriented, and we felt very safe. We take a July beach getaway every year and we found our new location. Thank you again for a great stay- see you next year.

Save your money, especially if traveling with kids or have a biracial family scroll passed this one! I booked a room for my family, visiting friends and family down in Cape May as well where the other 2 people I had with me would be staying with. Couldnt let my CHILDREN use a bathroom and eat a snack in a room that I paid for aftet a long ride, before we went about our day/night. (Beacuse they have a strick rule that no outsiders permitted on premise) 🙄 We were kicked out in a matter of 20 minutes. Rude and racists owners rushed us out of our room, hit me with the door 2 times barging in while I was gathering my things. Really embarrassing how they handled the situation, made my children, husband and myself feel very uncomfortable. Luckily my husband found a welcoming place and much more enjoyable stay at the El Coronado in Wildwood Crest, check em out 😁
