This place is a total rip off. They Jack the price up over 100% on their cigars, and most likely the wine. They wanted to charge me per cigar, when I was going to get a case of 10. Normally you get a discount when buying a case. Anyways, after he quoted me a price of $200, I was in shock. Told him to cancel the order, and told him that I pay around $80 for the same exact item at home. His only defense was to say that they buy them at the same place and that they need to make money too. I said "Good Bye !"This place is unbelievably over priced. Being in Cape May, NJ is not an excuse to rip people off !

Way over priced on everything. A tin of pipe tobacco that costs 12 bucks at most places costs 40 bucks here. No thanks absolutely ridiculous. I’ll stick with ordering online even with shipping cost it’s way way way cheaper especially considering I always buy a few anyways

Need to update their hours. Listed here as open until 10pm, but I showed up last night around 7:30 pm to a dark and locked shop that looked like it’d probably been closed a while.No visible hours posted on the exterior of the building or windows.

Prices were double what they would be at any other shop, which would have been fine, but the cigar was also super dry…I smoke cigars every day and I forgot to bring one to the beach, hence stopping here. Unfortunately my experience was a disappointment.

Rude rude rude. Was going to purchase a $300+ box of rocky patel cigars and was yelled at to put the box back. I was told if I wanted the cigars I could remove them from the box and purchase one of the used no name boxes from the messy pile in the front of the store. I will never go back.

The lady running the place was friendly, conversant, and knew more about cigars than I do. I wanted to stay and chat, but we had places to go and she had a business to run.

We cannot say enough about Dawn and the delicious wines. The store is amazing and Dawn is an amazing person with an amazing knowledge of cigars and wine. I went with my boyfriend and friends and she was a favorite for the entire group and we walked out with a few bottles of amazing wine and some cigars. Can’t wait to go back for the experience.

Very nice woman helped us. Gave us tastings even tho I believe they were about to close. She also was knowledgeable about the cbd products there. She also showed customers in front of us something cool with a lighter and how to fill it or something:) lots of cigar choices as well but we don't do cigars. Also, the wines that you taste are from mays landing. So they are local. And no sulfites or nitrates!

My 16 year old son and I stopped into Cape May cigars and Wine, 421 Washington St. Washington Street Mall in July 2021 to purchase a cigar for my brother in law (I do not smoke). The cost of the cigar was 24.50 but I honestly did not look at my receipt after leaving the store nor did I keep it. I noticed on my credit card bill that this store charged me 324.50. After notifying my credit card company of the error and asking for them to dispute this, I also reached out to the store. After several calls to 2 employee's and numerous voice mails, the owner will still not return my call. They have admitted to me that their billing system/practices does not show itemized transactions and that their is no camera in the store to prove anything. A male employee even admitted to me that he accidentally hit an extra number and overcharged a customer. THIS STORE and THIS OWNER will not admit to their error despite me telling them that my son was an eye witness to my purchase of 1 cigar. SHANE ON THIS OWNER. BEWARE CUSTOMERS....BEWARE!
