Cape May Yoga offers both studio and beach classes, as well as private sessions. The studio provides all levels Vinyasa classes in a comfortable, though limited, space. A unique and popular offering is Saturday morning yoga on the beach, a relaxing experience in the fresh air. The instructors receive consistent praise for their skill and positive energy. They are described as amazing, with calming, encouraging, and steady voices. Classes are noted for being energetic, engaging, challenging, therapeutic, and relaxing. Instructors expertly offer clear instructions, nuanced refinements, and helpful modifications, such as specific sequences for poses to protect the spine. They skillfully pivot to accommodate different participant needs within the same class. The music often aligns beautifully with the movement and breath, sometimes ending with an uplifting focus meant to inspire joy throughout the day. Private classes, such as for bachelorette parties, are easy to coordinate and make for a special, unique experience. Participants express deep gratitude for the dedicated focus, renewed strength, and belief in themselves fostered by the practice. The overall experience is frequently called fun, unique, and absolutely recommended.

10/10 recommend!! My bridesmaids and I stayed in Cape May for the weekend and scheduled yoga on the beach with Lia and it was our favorite part of our trip - Even my friends who have never done yoga before! Thank you Lia! We’ll definitely be back.

I made a spontaneous decision to do an indoor yoga session at Cape May Yoga. I signed up an hour before and walked a half a block to the studio.
