I love this place!! I consider myself a sweatshirt connoisseur & my Aunt sent me some cute sweatshirts from here and I had to contact them about something…. Wonderful wonderful customer service! The cutest, comfiest, and best fitting sweatshirts I’ve had. I’ve never been to Cape May but just based off of this great experience I had, I will be making a trip just to go here. 10/10

My favorite place to shop! After seeing 2 items and regretfully not buying in the moment, I reached out to the Cape May location to see if I was able to buy online or at the LBI store. They were able to ship right from the Cape May store to me asap! Rachel made the process hands down the easiest online order I have ever done. She answered all my questions, and I had them in no time! Love this place 💕💕💕

Very pleased with help I received from Danielle today when buying a sweatshirt ( in a hurry!). She was patient, informed and very pleasant. Also a salesgirl who waited on us on Sunday (blond hair?) was very good but I did not get her name! Thank you!

I want to thank Molly at making waves for going out of her way to get what I wanted. I wanted a specific sweatshirt that I brought previous year. They didn’t have it in store but in storage. Molly went to storage and got me two sweatshirts that I love and wanted! Thank you so so much Molly!!!!!❤️

Horrible customer service. Staff was nasty and refused to acknowledge me. When I arrived at the counter to check out, all staff members crowded around the computer and did not say a word to me. They inadvertently accused me of stealing. They did not provide me a bag for my items or even look at me when I paid. I was so disgusted with their service, I came back 5 minutes later and returned all my items. Do not go here unless you want to be disrespected.

Update: Molly was the one with the attitude, and apparently she is the manager of the Cape May store.
Rudest staff around. Visited 8/4, the two young girls working were so rude (checked out by Kaitlyn M.). Never acknowledged any shoppers coming in and then when we checked out continued her conversation with her co-worker gossiping and watching the cameras making fun of customers. cute shop but there are much better places to spend your money in Cape May with friendly staff.

Absolutely adore this store!! The prices and quality of clothes and jewelry is just perfect, I’ve been shopping here for years and the inventory just keeps better! All of the staff is courteous helpful and kind! Will always be my favorite store in cape May!
