“We purchased our home through Anne Barry of Coastline Realty. Anne is personable and professional and she found a perfect home. The home was/is fully renovated, beautiful, spacious, and a great location a block from the beach. We enjoy the rear expansive deck and pool fully landscaped for privacy, the upper level deck with tall Adirondack chairs and the front porch rockers day and night. Its location, just a block from the ocean and beach, (essentially across the street!) makes for cool breezes sitting outside listening to the ocean waves especially in the evening after a day at the beach or in town. The area is quiet and tranquil yet walkable and bikeable to all that Cape May offers. We often end our evenings strolling along the Promenade, which Mayor Mullock tells us will be extended to Wilmington Avenue soon! We are especially pleased to share our home with discerning, thoughtful and appreciative guests. Anne Barry and the Coastline realtors have done a fantastic job of finding guests who help us to enjoy and look after our BEST beach house ever! Several whom return in appreciation of our efforts teamed with Coastline support. The home is tucked into a quiet residential area and is home away from home for us, family, friends and guests. “It was an absolute pleasure booking a rental for stay in Cape May through Coastline Realty. It’s been so long since I’ve used a realty company to book a trip or vacation, it almost makes me wonder what I’ve been missing out on all this time, but I know Coastline went above and beyond (or so it feels like to me!) to make the whole process easy and always being super responsive to my questions along the way. I had trouble booking through a third party site, and was glad that I was able to work with Cody and the team at Coastline to instead book through them directly. Saved me a ridiculous service fee simply for booking through a third party ($400+?) and them some, and overall just a better service experience! The property was phenomenal and right in the heart of downtown, it couldn’t have been a better home to stay in for a larger family and some friends. They messaged me updates before and a few throughout the stay, which I hadn’t expected, and they even helped to work with owner and accommodate both an early check in and later check out— which we were so grateful for especially not expecting to be able to do either! Absolutely 10/10, I couldn’t recommend Coastline enough. I wish I knew more realty companys to book through like them. Would love to do a repeat of the entire stay and experience, and now I’m genuinely glad to “know a guy” now. 😎 Thanks again to Cody, Ami, and the whole team at Coastline for everything, and specially for re-setting my bar for traveling and looking to book a stay at a private home!!”

“Thanksgiving 2024 in Cape May! We needed a place big enough for 20+ and nice enough to stay inside in case of rain (it did!). Ryan, Holly, and their team made it happen in the most beautiful home - 1005 Beach Ave. Everything was as promised – the linens, furniture, and outdoor cushions in place (November!) It was clean – comfortable, relaxing. We had the best time! Most gatherings were around the giant kitchen island (there were many opinions on preparing the turkey), more time at the giant dining room table. Even more spent in the living room(s) for games and conversation. 20+family and beds for us all. Everyone had a great time because everything was perfect about this house! Thank you Ryan and Holly! Therefore, when it was time to buy a house we went to her-- she found us the perfect one. Her and everyone at Dellas are "home-town" people who know the area, the market and everything about Cape May. Plus, Kim especially is a savvy business-woman who gets you a great deal on properties if you're in the market. Now, Dellas handles my property as a rental and gets me more renters than any other agency..”
