The guys that work there are always nice and prompt to fill the tank. They are expensive for their gas but they are in a good location at the end of the parkway.

I came to Cape May for a very short two night trip (in late June) and on the morning of the day we were leaving I noticed my tire going flat. I tried filling the air up but, could hear it leaking as the air would go in and it wouldn't go above 20psi, eventually it dropped and wouldn't go above 15 psi, then 10psi, and even lower. I quickly drove here which was a mile-ish away and had a feeling that they may not be able to save my tire at all. I can't remember the name of the older gentlemen that helped us out but, he confirmed that the tire was no longer useable since the rim was cutting into the inside as we were driving on it. He was able to place a slightly smaller tire on my car and we were able to drive from NJ all the way to VA without any other hiccups. I drove home with two different sized tires due to a different incident from before where I went to a shop that accidentally placed the wrong size tire on my car. When I got home I had all my tires changed the same night to the right sizes and everything. I took the older gent's advice to have my tires taken care of asap. Anyways, I am so glad that they were able to take care of my situation here.

We stopped in at this Shell on the way home from our Cape May vacation for gas/restroom/cold drinks. They were super nice and courteous, and the restroom was nice and clean. Dennis, our attendant, went above and beyond and volunteered lollipops for our three kids! Highly recommend stopping here.

We ran over a large staple and punctured our tire. We were so grateful we went to this Shell for help. Not only did Jerry find and patch the holes - he did so quickly. We hardly lost any time on our vacation. In addition we made it back home (an 11 hour drive) with the peace of mind that we wouldn’t have a flat. Jerry was fair and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust my car with him again.

Be ready to get ripped off here. Mechanic/owner Jerry is Negligent, dishonest and an angry swindler.
He did not care to clean off the rust on the rim of my wheel when he changed my tire. Next day I had a complete flat because there was no air seal between the rim and the tire. Pure negligents that can result in a big accident on the highway. Why would you put a new tire on a rusted wheel without cleaning off the rust?
He was defensive and rude and asked me to pay more money. I payed more, but he did not clean off the rust, I had to go to a different mechanic. Safety is more important.
He kept advising me to leave my old rusted wheel at his shop and order a new one. I realized he wanted to sell it as a used one to someone else. Negligent and dishonest.
At the same time I also asked him to change my transmission oil and filter. Over the phone he told me $170 total. But when I got the bill, it was much higher the original price. He added another $90 which he "forgot" to include in the price over the phone. Plus $29 fee for using soap and paper towels at his shop. Now looking at the way he fixed my flat tire, I am afraid about the quality of the transmission oil and filter change.
I will never come back to this shop

Everyone working there was fast and convenient at this Shell! I was going to an appointment, I was about to be late. But the Shell here was so fast, I made it on time! I reccomend this location.

Jerry is a great guy and stand up individual. Think a lot of people worry about being swindled by a mechanic and that is far from the case here.. also, way better deal and cleaner shop than Riggins

Jerry is a great mechanic, and has a great sense of humour. He runs a nice shop, and he’s one of the most trustworthy mechanics around Cape May! He’s helped my whole family fix issues with our cars, and is our regular mechanic. I’d call him in an emergency for advice.Jerry knows his cars, and has always been kind to us.
