“Visiting the area and my dog wasn’t feeling well, called and was able to get same day appointment. Dr Hope and the entire staff were very patient and took the time to explain examination, recommendations to insure understanding and agreement. Dr. Hope called next day to check on Freya’s condition and to reassure me that although she would be out of town at a conference that other vets in the practice could help us if needed.
