Really cute store! I loved the aesthetics and decorations! They had gorgeous dresses for prom or any other fancy event! They had some cute clothes but nothing that really caught my eye. I'd definitely recommend stopping by Victorious if you're in Cape May just to see the decor in the store, it's very girly and adorable, many sparkles! I actually googled "thrift store" in cape May and this came up, I wouldn't say it's a thrift store at all - I think the jewelry in antique though but everything else is brand new.

This shop is so cute and if I didn't have to run and feed the meter, I would have browsed longer and bought something. The clothes are chic and cute. I also saw candles, jewelry and purses. This is a boutique so expect boutique prices. I really enjoyed the pink exterior which makes for great photos. I was greeted kindly by the two employees I encountered and told about the second floor which also has great goodies.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! My fiancée and I purchased an estate engagement ring from Victorious in February of 2023. The ring was priced at $2200.00 and they gave us a $300 discount (and charged no tax, which seemed kinda shady but we don't know the NJ tax laws) so we ended up paying $1900. The ring needed to be resized and the store clerk (who was very nice) assured us they would send the resized ring, along with a free, official appraisal within a week. After a week had gone by we called the store multiple times and left voicemails with no response. We finally got an email from Jennifer (the owner) saying they are only open on weekends and that their voicemail was not working. The ring arrived a week later but there was no appraisal included. We called the store and asked about the appraisal for insurance purposes. The person who answered the phone said "everything you need for insurance purposes is on the receipt". We asked if this meant they were not going to provide an official appraisal and the clerk repeated "everything you need is on the receipt" and abruptly hung up on us.We became a bit suspicious about their unwillingness to give us an official appraisal, so we took the ring to our local jeweler who provided an official, written appraisal (at our expense), according to which the ring was valued at $975, $1225 below the ticketed price and $925 below the purchase price. In addition, Victorious had graded the diamond as .40 carats and F-G in color, whereas our official appraisal indicated .35 carats and a full G in color. We opened a dispute with our credit card company and Victorious ultimately agreed to refund our money after we returned the ring (at our expense). We offered to bring the ring back in person but the owner refused, saying "no one authorized will be there to process the return." I don't know if our experience was an aberration, but all we can say is BUYER BEWARE! One thing we are sure of is that customer service was horrible. Indeed, if the clerk hadn't rudely hung up on us, or had the owner been more accommodating, we probably would have just let the appraisal slide and kept the ring. Hopefully Victorious will take this review seriously, improve their customer service, and not respond to this with a great big "Go F**K Yourself" as they did on a previous review here.

This is a super well curated boutique with such a nice staff. Owner does an excellent job picking beautiful, unique items that are in a very reasonable price range. I come here every time I’m in Cape May.

merchandise wasn’t very great at all, especially considering the insanely high prices. the woman who was working in there was extremely rude and judgmental. she kept staring us down as if we were doing something wrong, when we were literally just looking around. and whenever we would get out of her view she would move so she could see us and just stare. when we left she didn’t even greet us on the way out she just continued to stare…
