Great furniture selection online and superb customer service. The corner bar units are unique and blend beautifully in any size space. We were able to match it to another bar cabinet from Home Source for a complete look! Assembly was 2-3 hours and was not too hard, Had a few questions and got great and quick answers from the customer service line.

Received product in poor condition and without parts necessary to build. Was asked by their customer service to accept discount and to make look pretty. Just asked for replacement parts at minimum so I could build it. It’s unusable if you can’t put together. Styrofoam adheres to material and no way to remove. Very hard to return heavy item, when you are away from home a lot and it’s to heavy to carry to spot for pickup, which I don’t have a good spot to bring to due to size and how apartment is. The sad thing is, other people I know have ran into similar issues and were given better resolutions. I’m finding customer service is inconsistent and not in my favor for my purchase.since my experience, I’m finding out about more people in my shoes. I know lots of people looking for furniture right now .

Received a bed from them, and the box was heavily damaged with missing parts. The email address they list on the manual doesn’t work, there is no way on their website to contact them, and the only phone number I found received no answer, and my only option was to leave a voicemail no longer than 5 seconds. I tried messaging them on Instagram, but no luck as of yet. I’ll change my review if they get back to me and make it right, but I’m not holding my breath. This feels like a pretty fraudulent operation.

Received an item and the shipping box was severely damaged. When attempting to put it together multiple pieces were broken. The wood itself is very breakable and generally impossible to use.

I ordered what looks like a beautiful cabinet from this company through Amazon. When it arrived a piece was broke I understand that happens sometimes so I requested a replacement piece quickly it came to me but it didn't fit it didn't match up with what we had already purchased. So I requested a refund I had to carry this 117 pound package back to the UPS store and mail it back. That was in the middle of January It arrived at the New Jersey facility 25 January and has not moved or had any communication from this company since then. I want my money back I've already left a negative review with the Better Business Bureau. No stars should be an option.

Just got off the phone with a Representative with home source not happy about that Conversation .They sent out a bad product and want replace it. A company is only as good as there customers service .So stay clear of this company after there product is sold its all they care about

I purchased a product on Amazon and it had parts messed up. I emailed about it and never got a response. The piece is still not put together and it has been a couple weeks now.
