“My years-long experience with Love Locked (and, of course, Kerry) began in 2018 when my now-husband and I stumbled across her magical shop while meandering around JC. We had been discussing where we might get our wedding bands, and I thought, "Why not stop at this cute store?" As soon as we opened the door, Kerry greeted us. We explained why we were there and her first questions weren't business related. She asked about our story, our time in JC, our baby (who was with us), and filled us in on various ring options, ranging from style/comfort/setting to cost and what would be more/less cost-effective depending on our budget. No pressure. Simply a pleasant and genuine interaction. (We both had our bands custom made by Kerry). Fast forward to today. My two girls love visiting Kerry's. It's a treat for them to look at the crystals and chat with Kerry about their recent adventures. Over the years, Kerry has been a presence in our lives in numerous ways - creating custom jewelry for me and my mom, helping me select unique gifts for coworkers, guiding my husband toward pieces that she remembers my having shown an interest in, and, most specially, becoming a friend and a valued member of my and my family's community. There truly isn't a bad word or criticism that I could bring up related to Kerry, her business, or how she conducts her business. She is kind, keen, smart, present, and listens to her customers - many of whom, from what I have observed, have become friends. She is a gem. And that radiates from her happiness about what she does, as well as how she shines that vibrant spirit onto each person with whom she interacts - whether it's for a one-time interaction with folks from out of town or a customer who has clearly become a lifelong supporter and friend. “I have been going to Bianca jewelers for a long time - mostly to repair jewelry and watches. They always do a great job and are responsive and friendly. Today, I brought in a necklace that my toddler had broken. It wasn't fine jewelry, but it was a wedding gift that I am very attached to. After taking a careful look and explaining what could and couldn't be done, Lisa took out her pliers and carefully re-attached the clasp to the chain, handing it back at no cost. I'm not able to afford the fine pieces they sell in the store, but they always make me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend!”

“I went here per a recommendation from a tattoo artist and decided this is where I’m going for piercings from now on. Rebecca was incredibly sweet with booking my appointment. Dom was incredibly professional and knew what he was doing. He even took a look at my other piercings done in another place and replaced the jewelry and cleaned it up. He was very adamant about my double nostril piercing placement being perfect and I was so happy when I saw it, I got emotional. He let me take a break in between them and explained the proper aftercare which was different than what I was told before (resulted in previous piercings not healing well). I appreciate his honesty in how to take care of piercings and his approach to my piercings and him getting them done in a way that was satisfactory. He'd share each rendition of the CAD design and was very receptive to questions and feedback.
