“This is such a cute little shop filled with unique knickknacks and an eclectic assortment of items. I spent quite a while browsing because there was so much to look at. There were so many things I wanted to buy that I had to exercise some self-control—otherwise, I probably would have spent all my money there!
I would absolutely return. I've been in this neighborhood many times, and I can't believe I never discovered this shop until now. It's a little tucked away, so it's easy to walk right past it, but don't make that mistake. It's definitely worth stopping in.
The owner was friendly, welcoming, and available if I had any questions. Overall, it was a wonderful shopping experience, and I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area.”

“We were initially nervous about choosing My House for our kitchen renovation, but with Kaya’s help, it became one of the best decisions we could have made. She spent countless hours refining every detail of the design, offering thoughtful suggestions while remaining patient, responsive, and attentive to our vision. Most importantly, she stayed involved from the initial design through the final installation, ensuring every detail was completed properly. Our kitchen is a large, complex space—approximately 22 feet long with 9-foot ceilings, a peninsula, a large island, and extensive moldings. My House’s in house installers assembled it in just half a day, then returned to handle finishing details, adjustments, and even fine tune the hood placement until everything was perfect. Having completed several kitchen renovations, we can honestly say My House provided our best experience yet. The craftsmanship, service, attention to detail, and personal care were exceptional. . I was on a tight timeline to get the kitchen completed before she returned. I worked with Anthony, who was very patient and helpful as I tried to decide what style and color scheme I wanted to select. He also helped to make sure the deliveries were made on time to allow my contractor to complete all construction before my mother returned. As a family run business, I also interacted with Anthony's sister Teresa and father Anthony Sr. - they were all so great and treated me like family. Maia helped us redesign a very small Manhattan kitchen that had almost no storage. She focused on functionality first, which I appreciated. Every cabinet has a purpose now, appliances fit perfectly, and the workflow actually makes sense.
Gevanta managed the construction and scheduling, and what stood out to me was how proactive he was.
Also, what I liked about them is that materials were already ordered and stored before demolition started, which avoided delays that friends of mine experienced with other contractors.
There were building inspections, shutoffs, and coordination with neighbors that I barely noticed because NYKB handled everything behind the scenes.
