“I had such a wonderful experience with Angela today, the manager at the Walgreens in Carlstadt on Hoboken Road. She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. She took the time to carefully check my prescription discount coupons and reprocess my medications, which ended up saving me a significant amount of money. What impressed me most was not only that Angela solved the problem, but the way she did it, with patience, understanding, and a smile on her face the entire time. She never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. She truly went above and beyond to help me. Angela absolutely made my day. This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back, and she is a wonderful example of what a great manager should be. “This review is just for their pharmacy section and how friendly the pharmacists is here as compared to hasbrouck heights. We went there as walk in for COVID-19 booster shot and they had some spare available for that day and the lady was so nice to accommodate me. She did not fuss about not making an appointment and just walking in at 6 PM for booster. Overall very happy with experience and def would drive an extra mile to come here instead of the crappy customer service at Hasbrouck Heights”
