I placed an online order like I do every single day because this is next-door to my job and this is where I purchased my lunch day after day for nearly 2 years
After placing an online order, I arrived at the store shortly before it was supposed to be ready at this point the employees treated me as if I was trying to steal the items accuse me of trying to use a screenshot of an old order to essentially get free food
I provided them with the notification from my QuickChek app with my order number. The date of purchase in the expected time my food would be ready for pick up.
I shared with them the email from QuickChek that I received that my personal email address as well as the charge from my bank, which all had a timestamp to corroborate my story
The two people working behind the register and the counter had taken. My phone, stepped away with it, and decided that they were not going to provide me with my order because they could not see it on their screen. They told me if I wanted my food I would have to pay for it.
I notified them that I had already paid for my order and showed them three separate pieces of proof of purchase to which I was still forced to make my order again and pay for it a second time in full because I am on a limited lunch break and cannot stand here until 1 PM tomorrow afternoon to wait for their manager to find my order
I eat here every day, but because of the way I was treated I felt humiliated and I will personally never spend a dollar in this store again, strictly off of principal

I usually come here a lot but today bother sandwiches and 2 wraps I ordered were so salty they were not edible. I had to throw them out. Terrible I won’t be back anymore

It's pretty sad I have seen multiple cashiers during the overnight com and go. It seems like the store manager is trying to save money. By not hiring an extra person during the night. Come around four am five am there is constantly people waiting. Not for seconds for minutes. It's absolutely disgusting how this store is ran. Please put somebody in charge that will run this store correctly. This isn't everyday basis. That has been going on for a couple years.

The Fuel pump operators are disrespectful, careless, slow and clumsy. They almost break the gas caps. When you get in, there is a very long waiting time, even though there is no one around.

DO NOT USE THEIR "FREE AIR".Their "free air" pump does nothing but turn a low tire into a flat tire. Do yourself a favor and pay to use a pump that works somewhere else.

I have no problem with this QuickChek and it's selections because I'm mostly in there just for coffee. HOWEVER, I do have an issue with the bathroom. I only use it to wash my hands because that bathroom reeks! the employee bathroom sheet hasn't been updated since 2019 so I'm right to assume that that bathroom hasn't been cleaned since then. don't believe me? walk in there and take a deep breath...

VERY BAD SERVICE. Coffee was out, So I asked the Employee if they refill it. He DIDN'T CARE. I waited long enough before walking out Without the Coffee.

Bathroom nasty dirty. Effort for food and drinks made behind counter horrible bunch of kids with I don't care attitude so manager to doesn't care. Daughter wanted a milkshake got ice with a couple of squirts of vanilla extract. Drove home 30 minutes away daughter couldn't drink the concoction because no straw or flavor of vanilla ice cream because what they threw together ended up throwing it away. I would never recommend this place for any one in there right mind to frequent.

So it's lunchtime 12:15 pm and I'm here to get some soup for lunch and there are no soups. I was told they don't have enough people to make it. That's pretty sad.
