Shia is extremely knowledgeable about every cut of meat and his recommendations are always on target! Last week I made a large shabbos order from Gourmet One (the deli counter). The new chef is great! The food was fresh and delicious!! The brisket in mushroom sauce was outstanding! The other problem here is the lady that works there is from the communist Poland era so don't expect any good customer service skills. She seems annoyed at having to work here and isn't willing to help much, probably didn't get any Biden bucks.”
