Same thing just happened to me. I called my order in and the lady did not tell me they had cut the amount from 144 yd to 100 yds for the same price. I just called and was told that it shows in the cart when you order. excuse me but I talked to a live person who said it was 144 yards. so from 31 cents to 48 cents. I was told to send it back but I have not the time as I needed it nw! Karen G

I recently had a horrible experience with Textol Systems, Inc. I placed an order for 1000 Drapery Weights. When ordering, I went over the price that was in my catalog with customer service. She said "Yes it will cost you XX amount plus shipping. When my product arrived, it was $47.22 more than the amount we went over, and this didn't even include shipping! The Manager said that I should of looked on their Website for the prices and he wouldn't honor the price that was quoted to me. He said "Send them back". Why would I send them back and pay another $30. and end up with NOTHING? Hello! I will not do any future ordering from Textol Systems, Inc., Drapery Supplies.
