This place is OUT OF CONTROL !I MEAN REALLY OUT OF CONTROL!I was there this evening in the drive thru lane. The young man behind the window was taking so long that I told him I didn't want the person behind me to be waiting so I would go behind them so they could taken care of. When I pulled back up to the window to complete my purchase with him HE WAS NO LONGER THERE.However if you can believe this he CRAWLED past the drive-up window inside and exited out of the pharmacy door so he didn't have to take care of me. CAN YOU IMAGINE!!A young girl was now there at the drive-up window who now told me that I could not get my medication until the 17th of March. Keep in mind the pharmacist ordered my prescription specifically for me and told me to pick it up on Monday. In addition I also received a text telling me to pick it up it was now ready. When I questioned her how that could be she just repeated to me that I couldn't get it until the 17th.I then proceeded into the store where the pharmacist on duty finally was able to get things squared up.This Walgreens should give out free blood pressure meds to people that have to deal with the incompetency of their employee!IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.I will be forwarding this terrible experience to the CEO of Walgreens Tim Wentworth in Deerfield IL in hopes that he can do something at this location to give better service to the people of Carlstadt and the surrounding area.Nick T.

After testing positive for Covid 19 using a home test, my employer required an additional lab test.I saw walgreens did testing at their pharmacy, and I scheduled an appt for later in the day, 4:15pmI received a confirmation and reminder.I arrived early and was given paperwork. I had already tested positive, so I was foggy. Thankfully, I noticed they gave me paperwork for vaccine consents! Covid and flu, and I am allergic to flu vaccine.They ran both through my insurance, and finally when I saw they gave me the wrong paperwork, I reminded the young lady I was positive for covid and wanting a lab test confirmation of such.She talked to manager who told me the pharmacist on call does not know how to do the testing she asked that I come tomorrow. REALLY???All this, in 30 degree weather and having a fever....I made the appointment early morning, there is absolutely no excuse for such incompetence! If you are in need, save yourself the additonal headache and go elsewhere!!!. Luckily I noticed before I had 2 needles in my arm..TOTAL DISGRACE!

The process to order online and pick up at the store is a nightmare!! No item availability, I'm not sure why they give you a substitute option if they do not utilize it. ??I had to call corporate to get assistance. Thankfully they were able to help. Store manager wasn't able to assist. Never ordering pickup at the store again!!!

I went to buy some items late at the time, the place was clean and well arranged, and I could get what I wanted without help, and the strange thing was that there was only one employee at the cashier, which caused a queue, but his treatment was good with those present

Was very surprised in my latest order of pictures. Ordered a lot of pictures for photo albums gift for friends. Some pictures were blurry some pictures were not. Then you don't have all the pictures in order. I usually order pictures from this location majority of which was excellent. But I guess as all businesses , this location Lacks consistency. The only positive thing about this experience was that I was able to get a full refund.

They never have my prescriptions ready even if they are sent in a week earlier and then I have to wait 45 minutes and go back on the atrocious line that takes forever

I waited 6 hours for a medicine to tell me that it wasn't ready yet and that they didn't have the other one, and as I complained, later they used the excuse that the insurance doesn't cover it. This pharmacy is a joke at the end I said to get my prescriptions back and went to another pharmacy and got everything with ease.For them it is easy to say that the medicine takes up to 3 days to be ready, regardless of the urgency that the patient has in taking the medicine, please understand that it is Medina and not a vacuum cleaner that we are going to buy to wait so long

I d like to commend yr employee in Pharmacy Her name is Christina. Whenever I have an issue she resolves any problem I have immediately. If I need a Preauthorization she deals with my Dr and prescription nurse and gets my refills ASAP. Shes very sharp and knowledgable with medicine. The lady is a true asset to Walgreens hopefully the company will value her as a exemplary worker as her dedication is greatly appreciated by the customers. Kenny Cetinich

My husband and I came here yesterday for our flu vaccines. We did have appointments, his for 11:00 and mine for 11:15. We got to the pharmacy at 10:50 and waited in line for about 15 minutes. We finally get to the counter, tell the woman what we are there for. She takes our insurance cards, then tell us to have a seat while she gets our paperwork together. We're waiting 20 minutes when she finally gives us a form to fill out. We filled this information out online when we made our appointments. We filled it out anyway, gave it back to her. We still had to wait another 20 minutes to finally get our vaccines which took a whopping 20 seconds for the tech to administer. What's the point of making an online appointment if they're going to make you wait 55 minutes to get the damn shot. P.S. The tech was very good at giving the shot. Neither my husband or I felt it.
