What a horrible company my experience was horrific. Evil Edgar santos and his crew member destroyed my new home. These guys threw their metal equipment on my tile, broke it. They told me that the driver would need help unloading the truck because the pallet was very heavy. They asked me to get a couple people together to help and so I booked a couple people as we scheduled a delivery on a Thursday. When Thursday comes the company calls me to schedule a delivery. Annoyed, I setup another delivery for Tuesday between 1 and 4pm. I had people on standby once again and no one called. About 3:30pm I called to inquire about why I haven't received any communication from the company. I was told the driver couldn't access my street with the tractor trailer and would need to come back with a box truck. I asked if the driver called me at all or anything and of course they confirmed they made no attempt to contact me. I was told to call back in the morning and they don't know when my pallet would be delivered because they only have one straight truck. I paid for every upgrade in delivery time they had and still this is how my delivery is being handled. They have now had my pallet going on two weeks.

Lourdes was great!! She helped me out big time when I needed help for an incoming delivery. She was most helpful and I’m happy to give Xpo more business because of her! Thank you!

XPo is the worst company ever. They canceled my delivery from Samsung twice it was out for delivery and they call me to say the order can not be delivered.I do not recommend to anyone this company, customer service terrible, supervisor terrible service for everything.

My husband and I were a subcontractor for this company few years ago. This company made us purchase expensive insurances to work for them. Before our start day, we made a deal with management for our pay. The manager left and was replaced by a new manager. The new management held our pay for months and made us work tirelessly day and night. They gave us many stops that was impossible to complete in one day. When we finally received the check, it was so little that we couldn’t believe that’s what we earned for the work we did.If you are subcontractor, you are better off driving a taxi and do something else. This company will make you purchase expensive insurances and pay you so little that you can’t even cover your workers and overhead. This company had the worst working condition that I have ever seen. I can’t believe they are allowed to treat workers that they consider “subcontractors” in such devastating condition.The worst part is you will have to call each individual customer and explain to them that it is impossible for you to make their delivery because of all other stops you have to make first. We worked tirelessly day and night and got paid pennies. Don’t make the same mistake that we made. This company has one of the worst working conditions In my opinion. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

What a miserable company to have to have deliver your products. Every time I’ve had something brought by them it’s been late and broken. Most recently they’ve bumped the redelivery of the fridge they damaged twice. After I was promised a priority delivery they still bumped my shipment because “the trucks were full.” I was told this wouldn’t happen with the priority level delivery. Now because of their poor service, I’m actually unable to receive the replacement due to a surgery and can’t facilitate getting it for the foreseeable future. This company offers no actual support and their call centers are useless

I don't know why Google doesn't allow me to give 0 star or even minus star. My delivery was delayed for 3 weeks and I got another cancellation 10 minutes ago. I really don't understand how they have a partnership with Samsung to be honest. If Samsung doesn't do anything with this company, they are losing a LOT of customers. This is very frustrating experience and I will make it very public and Samsung HQ so that they can make a major decision.++I had a call with Supervisor at XPO. He said he confirmed with the route manager and resource manager to make this delivery happen, and I got another cancellation message :) I am done. I am cancelling this order. People. If you have a brain, please order from other website, but not Samsung official website.

My company had a meeting in regards to the absolute horrendous service we receive from this company.Looks as if we’re going to drop them and take our business elsewhere!These guys never deliver on time. As one reviewer stated, they’re not just hours late, they’re DAYS late!Often times they don’t show up when they’re expected. We have a business to run and rely heavily on the products that should be delivered. Don’t waste your time with this company, they’ll disappoint every time!

If you have a choice don't pick XPO. Requested a heavy Amazon return a month ago, it was delayed 5 times already. Not only that pick up was estimated 6am to 6pm, with a 30min call before arriving. They are a logistics company, part of logistics is time management, a pick up window shouldn't be 12hrs. It's a sign of incompetence.
