First off I’m a Rewards Member and I was treated horribly.I’ve used this hotel many times over the 15 yrs.Staff was very rude. There were suspicious looking persons in and outside of hotel. Hallway noise, ceiling squeaking from room upstairs and light shining in room because the curtains don’t close made it impossible to get a good nights rest. Mind you I rented the jacuzzi room… The breakfast that was provided, I wouldn’t feed to the homeless, just terrible. The cable tv didn’t even work.To top it all off, I still haven’t received my deposit back yet.Must be new owners with new rules, regulations and LOW STANDARDS…Rooms: SuckNearby activities: NoneFood & drinks: Terrible

i stayed here over Christmas weekend and 2 weeks later my card gets a charge for $100. i call to question it and the desk help proceeds to tell me that i took a pillow and a towel which they then charged me a $100 fee. i asked to speak to the manager and am still waiting for a call back. the fact that they can freely say i took something without providing any proof other then the cleaning people's word is utterly ridiculous. i will not stay here again for the simple principle alone of being accused and charged for "theft" without an ounce of proof or even a courtesy call for an explanation.

About a month i said in a comfort inn n put a 100 deposit n nevered receive it back they sayed someone was smoking in room n my reply was neither of us smoked so lady at counter stated i would receive a call back from manager its been over a week n no call back never

I stayed one night so I didn't get to see much but I didn't like the location and the room was $58 online but when I got there, the lady working there charged us $92 + $100

Overall the facility is pretty nice. Recently renovated. It's pretty clean, typical for a place in this price range. The bath tubs/shower units are terrible. They didn't update them and they are pretty nasty. (Mold on caulk joints, dents and dings in the tub bottom. Caulk in the deeper dents as a repair. Etc. Staff was nice, but very disconnected and almost seemed bothered when I came down to ask questions. Breakfast was okay. The price is a bit steep for what you get. Overall I'm happy with my stay. It's what I needed for my situation.

If you are in town for the Hope Creek or Salem outage I highly recommend NOT STAYING HERE. I really hate leaving negative reviews but there was no other alternate with this place. I arrive and their system says my card is denied. I gave them my card info with the understanding that they would take the $100 deposit the next day. 2 weeks go by and I didn't hear anything and I assumed they took the payment. Well I then get a call at work and they tell me I am locked out of my room bc the card was denied for the deposit they were supposed to take weeks ago. I end up leaving work 4 hours early just to get it sorted out. Another week goes by and I notice they randomly took $83 from my account. I confronted them and they "texted the owner". While waiting for a reply I notice they then drain my bank account and take an additional $458 dollars out of nowhere. They text and try to call the owner with no response and when I checked back later I was told it was reversed and my money should go back on instantly. Here I am over 24 hours later with no money while I am 10 hours away from home. I have no money to eat on, get gas for work, do laundry or anything. I work 72 hours a week and they ruined my ONE off day. Now they are telling me it'll be days before I get my money back from something that was THEIR FAULT! I will never stay here again when I am working in the area. It has been nothing but trouble from the start. The owner has not reached out to me or showed up since taking the last of my money. Clearly they do not care how their mistakes affect other people. There are plenty of people with my company that stay here every outage and I am going to make sure that my employer knows to sway our workers from staying here in the future. Their impotence is going to cost them a lot of potential profit over this bc they are going to lose a ton of business from other workers like myself. There's no excuse for taking someone's money for no apparent reason and it should not take days for them to make it right. I am also reaching out to the comfort inn corporate offices over this because they have put me in such a tough spot here being this far away from home. Trust me, do not give this place your card info! I do not even have the money pending back to my bank account and it is looking like I will be forced to call the police and fill out a police report if my money is not returned tomorrow.

Weekend rates were way to expensive, as a truck driver who stayed here a lot in the past, I didn't feel that I should have to pay event rates.

All I can say about this hotel is Wow! It's back a lane across from a farm. It's so peaceful and quiet. So If you're looking for a nice quiet stay by yourself or with the family. This place would be the perfect little getaway.Matt

An error was made in the reservation - I had a family emergency and didn't notice the wrong date for 3 days...booked on 9/2 but was supposed to be 9/16...didn't show up on 9/2 (never planned to) and when I called to fix it I was basically told too bad - you are a no show and paid full price...then after FIGHTING I was told ok we will refund 30% ... big surprise; never got that either

In the process of remodeling..HOWEVER work on 4 or 5 rooms at a time and Get them DONE!!!As far as breakfast, awful...waffle maker was broke, no milk for cereal or coffee. Just bread, no bagels, or even cheap processed muffins. The plastic ware so cheap would even cut the hockey puck they called eggs!The refrigerator in the room did work, but there no dishes, cups, glasses, etc. Not even any hand soap or paper towels to dry your hands.Holes in the shower curtain, no bathroom light. Major work needed in the bathroom.

Whole place smells of vape/cigarettes.Found hair on bedsheets and blood stains on the comforter. Went to the front desk to request new sheets and when we stripped the bed we found pee stains all over the mattress cover.Door to the room would not close completely, latch would not catch and deadbolt would not lock so we heard every noise in the hallway and felt very unsafe.Bathtub was old, moldy, and had chipping paint. There was hair on the walls of the shower and the temperature handle fell off when I actually turned it on.For the price and area, old and used was what we were expecting but dirty and not functional is unacceptable.
