One the shadiest dealers I ever dealt with. After promised specific numbers on a Sierra 1500, submitted application tier 1 credit. They switched up numbers and won’t honor original numbers. Now my credit took a hit for nothing. YOVAN GSM is a character and Deshan are not honest people. Trust me stay away the deal is never real! Waste of time

I drove 1 hour from Fairless Hills,Pa to Penn Grove to test drive a used Sierra pickup. The running board was broken which the rep said would be fixed if I purchased. There was a noise in the cabin while we were driving and I was told that would be fixed as well. The tires were almost bald on the truck! I was told maybe they could replace them. Once we sat down to negotiate the deal, it all changed. They low balled my trade in which I was just offered over 5000 dollars for earlier in the day. He told me the running board wouldn't be replaced. The tires wouldn't be replaced. No maintenance would be done to this 29000 dollar truck. So basically as is. Needless to say I am very disappointed. Feel like I was treated like a peasant.

Was in the market for a pre owned vehicle, John helped me out. I was a little hesitant because of how other dealer experiences in NJ went, however John was amazing.
