The staff was friendly and nice. Gate access was always available. People were rarely there so I could easily get to my unit. I felt their price was reasonable. I was on automatic billing and when I moved out cancelation was easy

Maria was very rude and not to helpful. Was quoted one price over the phone and told a separate price when going to the storage location. Maria was not at the location even after said time on door to be back. Had to call and see if someone was going to be there to actually rent a unit.

Inquiring and renting a storage unit was easy I had no problems, It took no time the process was done and I was in my unit the same afternoon.

I have rented a storage unit (sometimes more than one) for many years with Sentinel Self Storage. I have been very happy with the service and the units themselves. Maria and the staff at Carney's Point are particularly responsive to any questions that I may have. They are not bureaucratic and get things done very quickly. I have been very pleased with the consistency and professional service.
