Judging by the number of people in the waiting room I thought my afternoon was gone. 30 mins later I was back on the road! Counter staff and the mechanic were both really friendly and he pointed out some other issues my truck had without trying to be a pressure salesman. Its refreshing when good people look out for you, even without a financial stake in it.”

“Arvin, went over and above in helping me get my vehicle back on the road. My vehicle had been sitting for awhile since I was out of state and I needed a new battery. Arvin wasn’t able to tow my vehicle since I had the emergency brake on. However, he was kind enough to take the dead battery out & told me he would return to put the new one in. He did!Little did I know my vehicle & I was going to need Arvin’s assistants again on the same day. I went to pick up my grandson at the daycare. As I drove into a parking spot my vehicle would not go into Park position. Leaving me to have my foot on the brake until I could call for help. The dealership couldn’t help so I called Arvin from Two Boys Auto and explained my situation. Even though he was off duty he came out of his way with a computer in hand. Apparently, my electronics needed to be reset. Thank you so much for all your help, knowledge, professionalism and kindness.Service: Battery service”
“I called after hours and to my surprise someone answered! He was friendly and very helpful. They were much better than Delaware Auto Salvage, who I called right before them and was very displeased at their customer service. He did say call back the next day to talk to someone about the part I needed. He told me to ask for Angel and again nothing but great service and such a reasonable price for everything I needed. He answered all my questions I asked without sounding rude or annoyed like Delaware did. My mom was also impressed about how nice and friendly they were. If I ever need a car part again Shuster's is the first place I'm gonna contact.”

“Appreciate the excellent service that your driver Nick provided when moving my tool boxes. He arrived earlier than expected which was great just that I was not on site yet so I felt a little off as I had wanted to be set up for him already. Once I was packed and ready to go everything went extremely well and streamlined. He had plenty of straps and corner guards and appreciated that I was also prepared with moving blankets and wood. Was able to get loaded up and secured without issue and thankfully the weather broke and held clear for the drive. Once at the new shop, unloading went without any issue. I was even more appreciative as he was able to take the one tote I ran out of room for because I was not allowed to come the day before to finish packing....not anyone's fault but he didn't have to but he did so without a problem. Definitely saved me a additional trip. First time using Rob's and was a great experience. The care that Nick showed for my boxes as well as being organized with his equipment is needed with more drivers/vendors as I have had bad moves before. Once again to Nick and Rob's thank you.”

“Engine light came on and rough engine sputter on NJ Turnpike while moving family member down to SC. Pulled into rest stop and called 4 places. Wayne at Scott's was the only one who said bring it in and I'll look at it right now. Wayne test drove, diagnosed, and fixed it right away. Got us back on the road and on our way. Wayne is what you want a mechanic to be. Honest, no BS, knows what he's doing, and reasonably priced. He was very sympathetic to our situation and knew we had to get going with a long trip ahead of us. He didn't just fix our car; he truly helped us out of a stressful dilemma. Wayne and family are the nicest people. You won't find a better auto shop than this.”
