Drivers are lazy! They do not attempt anything just put stickers lying that they attempted to deliver when they didn’t. Caught them red handed multiple times. This is unacceptable.

If your package is over 100lb+ just know they will not find your address. Once that phone call comes in, schedule a pick up date. They’re open from 8-4pm. Good luck.

They never delivered my package and there is no proof of delivery either but it was marked as delivered. Customer service is not helping with anything. Fedex sucks I wish Lululemon would never work with them.

Never attempted delivery, no knock/ring/tag, anything your better off with shipping USPS. Thankfully warehouse workers were 10x better and was able to help me find my package and pick up there

Package says delivered but was not delivered. it has a picture but that picture has no correlation to my house what so ever so aggravating and they have the worst service ever they say there doing something about it but keep there hands in there pocket.

There seems to be a problem lately. Past 4 deliveries have encountered delays. Email says it is on truck for delivery and it does not arrive. I received an email today that attempt was made and no one was available, that is a lie. I was outside while FedEx truck was here and the driver could not find package did not come out of their truck, just drove off after a few minutes of rummaging through the truck. Package did NOT require a signature and would have been left (if the package was actually on the truck) AND my standing delivery instructions say "Please Ring Bell" this is a business, some one is here. FedEx does not bother ringing bell, Amazon DOES! UPS does.

I don't know how FedEx really works. I was supposed to receive a package on the 6th of February, and it is still sitting in one of your warehouses. The package has been sitting in your warehouse for 6 days today.

These third party couriers that they use for home deliveries constantly deliver my packages to the wrong address. Just read. It’s literally the biggest part of your job. Such an inconvenience to consumers. Instead of taking a picture of the “delivered package”, they should take a picture of the package with the entire address. Stupid.

This is the second package in a row that FedEx has left at the wrong house. The first one didn't show up at our house until a neighbor looked up our address and delivered it themselves, despite me opening a case with FedEx.The second package is an extremely expensive item that required a signature but they didn't provide any proof of delivery. Customer Service said they would open a case but that I couldn't contact anyone else and they couldn't tell me when or if I would receive my item.I have continually had very poor experiences with FedEx and would never choose to use their services, myself.
