I don't know how FedEx really works. I was supposed to receive a package on the 6th of February, and it is still sitting in one of your warehouses. The package has been sitting in your warehouse for 6 days today.

These third party couriers that they use for home deliveries constantly deliver my packages to the wrong address. Just read. It’s literally the biggest part of your job. Such an inconvenience to consumers. Instead of taking a picture of the “delivered package”, they should take a picture of the package with the entire address. Stupid.

This is the second package in a row that FedEx has left at the wrong house. The first one didn't show up at our house until a neighbor looked up our address and delivered it themselves, despite me opening a case with FedEx.The second package is an extremely expensive item that required a signature but they didn't provide any proof of delivery. Customer Service said they would open a case but that I couldn't contact anyone else and they couldn't tell me when or if I would receive my item.I have continually had very poor experiences with FedEx and would never choose to use their services, myself.

These low IQ para sites keep stealing my packages.. Why doesn't Fedex headquarters shut them, down? Either because they dont want to be accused of raysysyzzms or because they are themselves low IQ para sites

MISSING PACKAGE, probably delivered to the wrong address. Check my neighborhood and there's none. How difficult is it to CAREFULLY READ the address and make sure to deliver it to the CORRECT ADDRESS???

Horrible. The driver could not deliver the package for three consecutive days, lying about the business being closed. Attempts to escalate the issue went nowhere. Promised call backs never materialized.Update 4/8/21:Had a very similar problem with UPS. A very important set of documents disappeared for over a week and while the call center was not great, they have always escalated to the local hubs and these hubs always called me back - always the same day. Fedex hub never called, not once.

I don't understand how you can misread a home address when that's a large part of your job. I was home and waiting for the package that needed to be signed for and no one came up to the door. Then I get an email that says I was unavailable and not home. Cars in the driveway, but we're not home. That's how I knew they got the wrong address. Utterly disgraceful.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! STOLEN ITEM!!!!I see many others on here having similar experiences at this location. Not a coincidence this was an expensive item and somehow disappeared. Been going back and forth with FedEx customer service (who are completely clueless and almost impossible to reach btw) and they finally tell me that the package is missing from this location. This was a new item and now cannot get another for a long because now it is backordered and nobody knows when it will be in stock again. This place should be shut down.
